General Terms and Conditions for Vivé

1. General These terms and conditions apply to all sales and agreements made with Folie à Trois BV through the Vivé brand. They take precedence over any other conditions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Orders An agreement is confirmed when an order is placed and payment is received. Orders can also be placed via email.

3. Liability We guarantee that our products meet the standards of quality, usability, and reliability. Customers must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any issues within 10 calendar days. Goods altered by the customer or third parties are not eligible for compensation or liability.

4. Right of Revocation Returns must comply with our return policy. Customers must notify us within 10 calendar days for returns, and goods must be returned within 14 days. Shipping costs may apply.

5. Payment Payment is made via secure platforms like Visa, BanContact/MisterCash, Mollie, or bank transfer.

6. Shipment Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may result in additional charges.

7. Disputes All disputes fall under Belgian law.

8. Binding By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.
